Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overpaid Installments

At FundOrbitX, if a client overpays an installment for their personal or business loan, the excess amount will be adjusted against the principal or refunded within 7-10 business days upon written request.

2. Processing Fees

Processed application fees for loans or credit services at FundOrbitX are non-refundable once the assessment has been completed. If an application is cancelled before processing begins, a full refund of the fee can be requested.

3. Cancellation of Advisory Services

You may cancel your financial consultation or advisory services with FundOrbitX at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment for a full refund. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

4. Dispute Resolution

FundOrbitX is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with our services or have a dispute regarding a payment, please contact our support team immediately for an amicable resolution.
